Terms & Conditions

1. Products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, with intact packaging and valid proof of purchase.

2. 3% Loyalty Points applicable on complete transactions only.

4. Any Loyalty Program is not applicable on bulk orders.

5. Loyalty Points are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. The establishment reserves the right to ask for a customer's government ID to redeem Loyalty Points valued above ₹1000.

7. Bills not paid by due date will be accrue 24% interest annually until mentioned otherwise.

8. All disputes are subject to ROORKEE jurisdiction only.
